WEDDING PRODUCTION
Working with a wedding caterer is a partnership from the time you contact us and have a tasting until your wedding reception comes to an end. We apply our experience from hundreds of weddings to ensure that all of the personal elements you envision for your big day happen seamlessly. BDP Wedding Producers have worked at venues all across the city, and we understand how to make every detail come together. We work with vendors to ensure that all planned elements are carried out in your timeline, and that the floor plan and menu are executed to perfection. On the day of wedding, our Wedding Producer will be on-site from beginning of set-up until the dance party kicks off.

FOOD + DRINK
Once you've tasted our flavorful, vibrant food you'll understand why years later our wedding couples tell us people are still raving about how amazing the food was at their wedding. With our own organic urban farm just steps from our kitchen you'll be proud to have a sustainably focused menu that includes produce that was harvested hours before your wedding reception. Each and every menu we create is as unique as each couple with whom we work. BDP is fully licensed and can source local and sustainable wine, beer and spirits. We are well versed in vegan, gluten-free, and global cuisine.

VENDOR COORDINATION + STYLING
We’re proud to work closely with some of Chicago’s coolest, creative, sustainably focused vendors. We are happy to connect you with a florist sourcing locally, a photographer, or a vintage rental company. We’re a member of the Green Wedding Alliance, a group of about 40 independent, environmentally conscious local vendors. Need a little guidance? Whether you’re dreaming of a clean, contemporary or a boho-vintage look, we’re happy to assist in choosing a color scheme, designing a tablescape, styling all of your props (and more) to realize the wedding of your dreams.
